What this preview does

The public demo contains fictional quote, invoice and credit values. Its stage changes run in your browser. This preview has no connected account, upload, payment or analytics service. The eventual host may receive ordinary technical request data when the site is deployed; the final hosting and retention details will be published before customer use.

What the private release is designed to process

A future private workspace will need an account identifier, workspace membership, supplier evidence files, extracted rows, reviewer decisions, credit events, support requests and billing status. File originals are designed to stay behind authenticated, workspace-checked requests rather than reusable public file links. Separate provider instances and secrets are required for development and production.

AI choice is optional

Jev through OpenRouter is planned only for a narrow, consented decision about filtered item descriptions or a supplier reply. Whole documents, prices, payment details and supplier names are outside that model input. Code and a human reviewer will control amounts and final credit status. No live model call is enabled in this preview.

Sharing, retention and deletion

The planned service uses identity, hosting, database, payment and optional model providers to perform the workflow. The production provider identities, locations, retention period, backup period and request channel have not been finalized. Customer onboarding stays closed until those details, a working export and deletion path, and a usable support route are verified and published.

This preview statement is not a launch-ready privacy policy. The production policy will name the actual provider configuration and retention terms before private customer uploads open.
